Why do you want to join us?
I want to raid with people that are serious about what they are doing and know their abilities. Previous guild was stuffing around with raiding teams mixing them up every raid so one week we get 2 bosses other week 4 and so on IOW i want to be in a stable raiding environment

We usually raid from 23h00 to 01h00 (server time), from Sunday to Thursday. Is that ok with you?
23:00 is 1am for me and 01:00 is 4am. Sun-thursay i work so no cant do those days I can however do those hours from Thursday - Sunday
Thirty four players have signed up for tonight's raid. You were the 3rd person to sign up, but you're not in the final 25. What would you do? (Feel free to give us a true answer, and not the one we're expecting you to)
I would not mind to sit out if i am not chosen as long as I am allowed to pug if I did not get a spot in the raid

Hey there Dasipala,

Thanks for your application, we will review it and give you an answer soon. However, there is a small detail i'd like to clear up with you,

The Question: "We usually raid from 23h00 to 01h00 (server time), from Sunday to Thursday. Is that ok with you?"

The Answer: "23:00 is 1am for me and 01:00 is 4am. Sun-thursay i work so no cant do those days I can however do those hours from Thursday - Sunday"

The Details: "We raid from Sunday to Thursday" - "I can do from Thursday to Sunday".

The Conclusion: There is clearly an incompatibilitity between ou raid days and your raid days. If you were to join us, you'd be able to do at most 2 raids/week with us. We demand a minimum of 3 raids/week from our raiders and you won't be able to achieve those minimums, so it is very likely that we don't have a spot for you in our raids. We will still review this application and have it run by our officers and mentors and we will try to have an answer for you soon.
