please may i know why i wasnt accepted as i see you are currently recruiting holy paladins and i wasnt given a answer to why i wasnt accepted.. im not angry or anything i just want to know so i can improve on where i am going wrong thx

Hi Stratix, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Looking for ways to improve is always a good thing to hear.

Firstly, when you fill in one of these templates, it is your chance to present yourself to your best advantage. A well written and thoughtful application will always be taken more seriously, as well as providing all relevant information about previous guilds etc, as it's nice to see where people have come from and what kind of experience they have.

However, this isn't to say that gear does not factor into the decision. When applying to a raiding guild, it is advisable to not only have suitable gear for your spec and for the raids in question, but also to show that it is duly maintained with proper gemming and enchants. There is plenty of information readily available on the web advising on the best items for each class and spec. Producing a WWS log parser is also appreciated by all raiding officers in most guilds you will come across.
