With reference to the question on log parses - you can use http://www.worldoflogs.com or http://www.wowwebstats.com to download a free piece of software that provides a report on damage done, abilities used, debuff uptime etc etc for boss fights, taken from your combat log. If you spend a few minutes looking into this it's pretty straightforward.

If you are serious about your application providing us (or any guild) with a log parse will significantly improve your application. Failing that a recount screenshot on a target dummy will be better than nothing.

Yea, i will get one of them also i can say my dps on 25 man varies actually between 7-10k (ICC) obviously on some fights i do more than others but over all it would be around 7k+
